The Dibaji House is a seven storey private residential project comprising four apartments. A highly contemporary approach was taken when choosing the, furnishing fittings and overall finishes. The majority of the mechanical systems have been placed in a vertical shaft in order to free up the rest of the living spaces. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are open plan for all of the apartments. This enables a greater level of circulation between the communal areas. By reducing the number of partitions and walls separating the communal areas it allows a greater amount of natural light to penetrate into these spaces, reducing the need for artificial lighting.
