Fundamentals of Space: Color and Line was an international symposium in which International array of speakers discussed the fundamentals of color and line as essential aspects for space creation.
The symposium concluded with the opening of an interactive installation project Perceptible as a collaboration of Ivana Wingham and Mehran Gharleghi (studio integrate, London).
Perceptible aimed to challenge the perception of space through the interactive use of materials, colors and movements of the individual pieces. It was made of an interactive inflatable structures with the ability to inflate and deflate based on a designed rhythm. The installation celebrated the innate ability of a multi layered inflatable structure as a powerful and quickly deployable design vehicle. Perceptible completely transformed the space and created a dynamic and linear space around which a movement performance took place. The movement was choreographed by Yong Min Cho and in collaboration with Accademia Teatrale Veneta and Jinwoo Jung (Guest Performer) and music was composed by Leah Wingham.
